TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Islamabad

Upon arrival at Islamabad International Airport, our team will warmly welcome you and escort you to the Hill View Hotel or a comparable boutique retreat for your first night in Pakistan. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy optional experiences such as a gentle walk in the Margalla Hills or a curated dinner reservation—designed to help you settle in with comfort and style. Overnight stay at Hill View Hotel, Islamabad.

Your introduction to Islamabad begins with a morning pick-up and a guided visit to the Lok Virsa Heritage Museum, where Pakistan’s vibrant folk traditions and crafts are beautifully showcased. Continue to the Pakistan Monument Museum, a striking tribute to the nation’s formation, before a midday stop at Laluna Concepts, an elegant studio where regional gemstones are transformed into contemporary art—with the option of a Q&A over coffee or lunch. In the afternoon, wander the charming lanes of Saidpur Village and admire the architectural splendour of the Faisal Mosque, then conclude the day at Daman-e-Koh, where sweeping views of the capital unfold at sunset.

Arrive at Skardu Airport, where you will be warmly received and transferred to your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day relaxing and acclimatizing to the high-altitude environment in comfort. In the evening, enjoy a gentle stroll through the town before dining at a curated local restaurant—your first taste of authentic Balti hospitality and cuisine. 

After breakfast, embark on a scenic acclimatization hike to Marsur Rock, a dramatic cliffside viewpoint offering sweeping panoramas of the Skardu Valley below. This light trek provides the perfect preparation for the days ahead while showcasing the grandeur of the surrounding peaks. In the evening, explore Skardu’s bustling local market, ideal for picking up last‑minute trekking essentials or browsing authentic souvenirs that reflect the region’s rich culture. Depart for a picturesque five‑hour drive to Machulo, a serene mountain town perched at 3,160 metres above sea level. Upon arrival, settle into a welcoming guesthouse before spending the afternoon exploring the town’s highlights, wandering along riverside trails, and visiting the stunning Masherbrum Viewpoint, where sweeping vistas of the Karakoram unfold. Immerse yourself in the warm hospitality and cultural richness of this hidden gem, a perfect blend of tranquillity and discovery. 

Drive to the charming village of Kanday before commencing your full‑day trek to Mingulo Broq. The trail winds through lush pastures and pine‑covered slopes, revealing the pristine beauty of Baltistan’s high‑altitude wilderness. Surrounded by towering peaks and enveloped in tranquil silence, you arrive at Mingulo Broq, your alpine camp nestled in the heart of the mountains.

Continue your ascent through verdant meadows, glacial streams, and dramatic terrain as you journey toward the breathtaking Nagma Valley. This secluded destination is a true haven for nature lovers and photographers, offering pristine beauty framed by the towering peaks of the Karakoram. Upon arrival, your crew will set up tents beneath vast skies, allowing you to savour a peaceful evening in the heart of the

Trek deeper into the valley to reach the base of Ameen Brakk—often called the “Trango Tower of Kanday.” Here, towering granite walls rise into crystalline air, framing unparalleled views of the Karakoram’s iconic climbing landscapes.

After setting up camp, gather around a starlit bonfire to share stories with local guides and fellow travellers, embraced by the silence and majesty of the giants.
