12 Day Tour — Islamabad, Skardu & Hunza
The classic loopShigar, Khaplu, Hunza and the Khunjerab Pass — the full northern circuit, hotel-based and cultural.

Majestrek runs small, slow expeditions through Skardu, Hunza and the high Karakoram — designed by guides who grew up walking these valleys.
Northern Pakistan is the only place on earth where the Karakoram, Hindu Kush and Himalaya meet. The result is a landscape of 8,000-metre peaks, glaciers older than recorded memory, and valleys still farmed the way they were a thousand years ago.
We don't rush through it. Every Majestrek itinerary is built around longer stays, smaller groups, and the people who actually live in the places you'll visit.

Shigar, Khaplu, Hunza and the Khunjerab Pass — the full northern circuit, hotel-based and cultural.

Up the Baltoro past Trango and Broad Peak to Concordia and K2 Base Camp at 5,100m.

Alpine meadow under the sheer ice wall of the world's ninth-highest peak.

Through pine and birch to Tagaphari, under the 7,788m north face of Rakaposhi.
Our guides, drivers and cooks live in the valleys we travel through — Hunza, Skardu, Hushe and beyond. Your money stays in the communities you visit.
We keep groups between four and twelve travellers — small enough for family-run guesthouses and a human pace, with single-room and private departures on request.
Most itineraries include a free day in each major valley. The point isn't to tick peaks — it's to be there.
Permits, NOC paperwork, oxygen, evacuation plans — handled. You carry a daypack.

Tell us when you want to come and roughly what you're after. We'll build a route from there — or recommend one of ours.
